I grew up on a pedigreed seed farm in southern Alberta which gave me good insight into the rewards of the seed business, as well as its difficulties. I graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a B.Sc. degree in Agriculture Studies. I have also obtained my Certified Crop Advisor (CCA), Professional Agrologist (P.Ag), and Pesticide Applicator designation.

 

I was able to gain valuable experience in the industry by working with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) as a crop inspector and also with Cargill as an agronomist.

 

I started Agri-FX Inc. in 2013 with the intention to provide quality crop inspection services to seed growers with the Alternative Service Delivery Program of 2014. After getting a feel for the logistics and man-power needed, I decided to add agronomy services for the 2015 season. Agri-FX operates in southern Alberta near Lethbridge, AB.
